The cost to register for e-OSCAR is $90.00 plus applicable sales tax.  This registration cost is a non-refundable fee.

Upon receipt of your new registration request by e-OSCAR, an invoice will be emailed to you at the Registration Administrator's email address provided in your request. Please allow three (3) business days for the receipt of the invoice. PLEASE do not attempt to pay your registration fee until you receive your invoice via email.

The invoice is due and payable upon receipt. Your registration will not be submitted for approval to the Consumer Reporting Agencies until the payment is received. Upon receipt of the invoice, please submit your payment HERE.

Payment may be made by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. If you do not submit your payment in a timely manner, your registration request will be rejected.

Continuing access and use of the e-OSCAR system is based on a per-transaction cost model.  Accounts are generally billed on a quarterly basis.  Each transaction is charged Thirty Cents ($0.30), but the minimum amount charged per quarter is Thirty Dollars ($30.00).

Certain products or services may incur additional and separate charges. 

All payments are net 30 days from the date of the invoice.  If you do not pay timely, you could be charged late fees of 1.5% of your balance or five dollars ($5.00), whichever is greater, applied monthly.

If your account becomes 90 or more days past due, we may terminate your access to e-OSCAR.
