You must contact us immediately so we can help you get MFA enabled.
In order to remedy all conditions that have prevented enablement of MFA on your account, you must contact the e-OSCAR Help Desk.
Contact us using one of these methods:

Create a support ticket through our ticketing system.

Head over to our PORTAL and use our CLICK TO CHAT functionality to interact with our Help Desk staff. Our Click to Chat capability is online only during Help Desk hours of operation

Call our Help Desk at 866-696-7227. The Help Desk is staffed Monday-Friday from 8am - 6pm ET
Your access to the e-OSCAR System will remain blocked until you contact us to resolve this important issue.
