Enable CSV export for the Operator Activity Report (ASL-69571)
Addition of a new column on the Case Review Workqueue list that identifies the operator ID of the operator who initially "submitted" the ACDV or AUD case to be reviewed (ASL-72365)
Addition of "Unit" column in the Incoming DR Notification, Incoming Block Notification, and Incoming DR Notification workqueues to allow Data Furnishers to sort &/or filter based on the placement of the case based on Subscriber Code Units (ASL-89763)
Addition of "Dispute Contact Information" to Registration Information screen, replacing the current "Printed CDV Address Information". CRAs could use provide this information to consumers for any follow up information or requests. Data Furnishers will be able to include a phone number in this section. (ASL-72210)

Addition of ITIN as a SSN equivalent in ACDV, Reinsertion, and Dispute Response Notification transactions. ITIN will allowed to be entered into the current SSN field in these transactions as well as within Case Search. ITIN will be captured within the SSN field in the corresponding Archives. Tool tips and error logic within the application will be updated to reflect this change. NOTE: ITIN will continue to not be allowed in AUD, AUD Notifications, Block Notifications, and Block Rescission Requests. (ASL-81010)
Addition of optional phone number extension for Primary Phone Number and Secondary Phone Number fields in Operator profiles. (ASL-72533)
Added Organizational Skills Management Audit history that details changes made to available Skills for an organization as well as operators assigned to those skills. The Audit history will include details on Skills enabled or disabled, modifications to certain skills (for instance adding account numbers to the Account Number skill), the date of changes, and the Operator making the change. (ASL-75629)
Added Organizational Unit Audit History that details changes made to a Registration's Units and Unit Groups, including details on new Units created, Units deleted, subscriber codes added or removed from Units, and operator assignment to Units. Additionally, details such as the date of changes and the Operator making the change will be included (ASL-62934)

Creation of capability for an operator in a Unit Group to copy AUD and BRR details in order to streamline the process of creating these transactions across multiple Units within a Unit Group (ASL-70549)
Elimination of ability for a Data Furnisher to create a new unit or rename an existing unit using the name "default" (ASL-81828)

Addition of enhanced, Optional SSN Masking within all transactions in e-OSCAR. This feature will mask all but the last four digits in a SSN. The full SSN would be visible only when hovered over or when being entered by Operator. This change will have no impact on existing PII Masking capabilities (which impacts Case Search, Reporting, Worklists and Workqueues) or on existing transaction print capabilities (ASL-80332)
Updates to how disputes are Skilled and routed in circumstances where Skill Assignment changed on Pending Disputes (ASL-70354)
Addition of ability for Operators and Managers to transfer AUD Notification, Dispute Response Notification, &/or Block Notification transactions from a personal worklist back to the workqueue (ASL-77672)

Creation of optional daily email to all ACDV Responders within an organization indicating that new ACDVs have been received. This general guidance email will direct operators to log into e-OSCAR to access and respond to disputes and does not relieve Data Furnishers from their responsibility to proactively log into e-OSCAR to review ACDVs (ASL-1007)
Creation of optional email sent to all ACDV Responders within an organization indicating that one or more pending ACDVs will reach their Response Due Date within 5 days. This general guidance email will direct operators to regularly log into e-OSCAR to access and respond to disputes in a timely fashion, and does not relieve Data Furnishers from their responsibility to proactively log into e-OSCAR to review ACDVs (ASL-163)
